1. Database Ownership and Purpose
The PitchWhich database and its associated competitor intelligence features are owned and operated byInformatica Ecologica transilvania 2004 SRL, headquartered at 35 Cluj Napoca, ROMANIA. The sole purpose of this database is to provide B2B competitive intelligence and evaluate corporate pitch opportunities for creative and media agencies.
2. GDPR Compliance and Data Minimization
Our systems process publicly available business data to generate aggregated agency profiles. We employ strict Data Minimization and Privacy-by-Design principles. Our automated research systems are explicitly programmed to evaluate corporate entities, not individual persons.
While our search systems may transiently process public web pages containing personal names to ascertain corporate structure, this PII is ephemeral. It is stripped from the data stream and is not persistently stored, profiled, or indexed. We process this under the lawful basis of Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. EU AI Act Transparency Notice
PitchWhich utilizes Artificial Intelligence, including LLMs, to aggregate public data, parse corporate briefs, and provide strategic recommendations. Users are hereby informed that they are interacting with an AI system. The insights and "go/no-go" scores are AI-assisted inferences based on aggregated market data, not definitive factual judgments. PitchWhich is classified as a limited-risk B2B evaluation tool.
4. User Obligations
Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform's insights to evaluate individual employees, make hiring/firing decisions, or conduct illegal profiling. The tool is licensed exclusively for assessing corporate market positioning and RFP viability. Any use for biometric categorization or emotion recognition is strictly forbidden.
